I am selling my apartment, I brought it just few years ago and it already paid the 50% by itself in no time, I don’t recall to have heard about an investment like that before. But I did it because I am renting it for tourists who come to Buenos Aires, Argentina for a long term of 6 months to a year ideally. This apartment is a great investment, guaranteed. There are agencies in Buenos Aires that rent the apartments so you don’t have to worry about rent it yourself, also the administration of the apartment take care of any need so work itself, you can leave it and the apartment will be self sufficient in the case that you are not in Buenos Aires. You put the money and get the money back of your investment in about 10 years. It is the perfect investment.

The two years that I did on Business School in the US it really paid off, I went on this investment and then I went traveling, I took a couple of sabbatical years, living out of this apartment.
Real state prices in Argentina are low and they are going up, right now the best and only lucrative and 100% sure business (in Argentina). When I came back from the States with money I wanted to do something safe with my money and this was the best thing that I did in my life (regarding business) since the price is always going up.
When I bought this apartment, I though specifically on buying a place that I could rent to tourist, the area regarding communication is perfect, I also though in buying “an easy sell easy buy apartment” and this is precisely what it is, it may be best or bigger places (for more money) but what make this place unique is its versatility and value as an investment.

Located in a avenue: No located in a dark an unsecured spot, so if safety is high on your agenda this is it.
Plus: Wooden floors, all kind of public transportation and located in a convenient commercial area, a park one block away.
