Responsibilities<br>
The Talent Acquisition Partner-Consultants will report to the VP Talent Acquisition and will be responsible for supporting all consulting searches end to end, achieving superb candidate satisfaction as measured by both, internal clients and candidates. <br>
  <br>
The main responsibilities include:<br>
•	Engage with General Managers, Business Managers and other key stakeholders to develop position specifications.<br>
•	Determine sourcing strategies for consulting and managerial roles in all regions.<br>
•	Launch searches through the best channels.<br>
•	Research hunting ground for each target region and establish target organizations<br>
•	Perform organizational mapping to identify candidates.<br>
•	Qualify prospects through research and screening [first contact].<br>
•	Build personal network of candidates through research and referrals.<br>
•	Generate all documents needed to ensure impeccable communications at all levels [position specification, WOM, candidate presentation, search reports, etc.]<br>
•	Prepare info for negotiation and closing [path to equity, contribution/success fee file; AFNM pricing model/AFNM commission model; offer letter; contracts].<br>
•	Document closing information and launch on-boarding process.<br>
•	Organize recruiting events when appropriate.<br>
•	Maintain data base and shared drive.<br>
•	Review and contact spontaneous contacts [through web, mails and other if applicable]<br>
<br>
Background<br>
• A university background in any of the following fields: Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Psychology or English Studies. Post graduate studies in Business are a plus.<br>
• Experience in Project/Program Management.<br>
• At least 5 years experience managing a Recruiting area with global reach.<br>
• Alternatively, 5 years experience managing a Marketing or Business Intelligence area.<br>
• Have conducted assignments in various countries. <br>
• Exposure to Axialent´s practices or similar practices is a plus.<br>
• Be a native or bilingual English speaker.<br>
