My budget is $600 - $700 a Month
I would like to rent a large studio or small apartment in Palmero or Recoletta from January 8 to June 30 (6 Months).
The ideal space would be quiet, clean, and furnished. I would also prefer a balcony and large windows. Wifi (Wireless internet) and utilities must be included. Modern and classical design is fine.
I am currently renting my own home in Colorado Springs, so you can expect a very good tenant. I will be paying in cash and will leave your property better than I find it :). Hello!

My name is David and I live in New York City. My wife and I are going to quit our jobs in March and we are going to travel around the world for a year. We are very excited to visit Buenos Aires and we plan to be there for 1.5 months, from late April to the middle of June (2010). This will be the longest stay of any city during our travels. We look forward to meeting many people and exploring all the great things that Buenos Aires offers. We love to lindy hop (swing dance) and we also hope to take many tango classes and go to many milongas!

Since we will be in Buenos Aires for so long, we would like to find a private room within an apartment, or better yet, a private studio or one-bedroom apartment that we can live in during our stay. We are on a very small budget, so if we can find a place for free, that would be great, but since we are planning to be there for a long period of time, we realize we will probably have to pay a small fee to sublet an apartment. We also hope to be near a subway and to have internet access.

We are very responsible and in our mid-30s. I know this early, but I thought I would start spreading the word now.

I am traveling to Buenos Aires on business for one month and need to rent a nice apartment.

My budget is $600

I would like to rent a studio or small apartment in Palmero or Recoletta from Dec 15 to Jan 13th.

The ideal space would be quiet, clean, and furnished. I would also prefer a balcony and large windows. Wifi (Wireless internet) and utilities must be included. Modern and classical design is fine, but I do not prefer plain.

I am currently renting my own home in Los Angeles, so you can expect a very good tenant. I will be paying in cash and will leave your property better than I find it :)
