Hours: 6-hour shift from 6pm to Midnight, Sunday through Thursday.
About You:
- Native English Speaker
- Already in Argentina and planning to stay at least 6 months

The job would be in our offices in Lavalle and Montevideo (downtown Buenos Aires), from 3pm to 11pm (afternoon shift).
We provide support to Latin America, Brazil, Spain and Portugal. You will need to demonstrate technical knowledge and strong computer skills. We’re looking for quick learners and pro-active people for our permanent staff. The role is not restricted to customer support, but has a variety of internal projects you'd be involved in.

Competencias requiridas:
- Formacion o conocimientos en comercio y/o secretaria

- Dinamico y capaz de adaptarse a los cambios

Role Responsibilities:
To handle incoming queries (by phone, email and in person) from international clients/students with the aim of converting inquiries into sales.
Competency requirements:
• Proactive, energetic with the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries
• Highly organized, process orientated with a keen eye for detail
• Skilled at multi-tasking and flexible to effectively handle changing priorities
• Excellent communications skills; good writing skills are a must
Immediate positions available for qualified candidates to engage in telephone sessions with our customers. We provide scripts and training.
Candidates must be available Monday – Friday, 8am -- 5pm EST.
Candidate Requirements:
